From the 2nd wave of the new GI Joe 25th Anniversary comic 2-packs.

Review: Interestingly, the File Card for Destro in this set, and in his Wave 5 figure, lists a name and place of birth for him, while the File Card for the Wave 4 Destro lists those as Unknown. Not sure if that ties in with a bit of continuity, but I'll say it does for the no-prize. There are also a few wording changes in the bio write-up for Destro between the two figure's file cards.

Comic Number: #14

Comic Title: Destro Attacks

Comic Summary: "Destro Attacks" (Comic #14) reveals the name of the shadowy character first glimpsed in issues #11 and #13, and shows his silver-masked head fully for the first time. In addition, the hotshot pilot Ace makes his first, jet-fueled appearance.

Destro File Card:
Weapons Supplier
Code Name: Destro

File Name: Destro, James McCullen
Primary Military Specialty: Weapons Manufacturer
Secondary Military Specialty: Thief
Birthplace: Callender, Scotland

Destro is the faceless power behind Military Armaments Research System, the largest manufacturer of state-of-the-art weaponry. To Destro, war is man's most natural state: the fittest survive and the greatest technological advances are made. He maintains a luxurious lifestyle around the world. He provides high-tech arms to any side able to meet his price and will incite conflict where it doesn't exist. He dons his silver battle mask (a family tradition) and enters battle himself, either with Cobra (Destro is their major weapons supplier) or against them if it's better for business.

Destro respects the G.I. Joe team for their combat skills and expertise, but abhors them for wasting such skills to maintain peace. He's totally dedicated to seeing them undermined, subverted, or destroyed!

Cpl. Breaker File Card:
Communications Officer
Code Name: Cpl. Breaker

File Name: Kibby, Alvin R.      SN: 757-79-AR35
Primary Military Specialty: Infantry
Secondary Military Specialty: Communications Technology
Birthplace: Gatlinburg, Tennessee      Grade: E-4

Cpl. Breaker is the GI Joe team's communications expert, making him the crucial link between the battlefield and headquarters. He's familiar with battlefield technology that helps the team monitor Cobra activity. Cpl. Breaker is familiar with all NATO and Warsaw Pact communication gear as well as most world export devices. Specialized Education: Signal School; Covert Electronics; Project Gamma. Qualified Expert: M-16; M-1911A1; MAC-10 (Ingram). Classified: Speaks seven languages.

"He's efficient and self-assured and has an uncanny ability to turn adverse situations to his favor."
