The Mystery of Three Quarters, by Sophie Hannah Appropriately spare and lively writing for much of the book helped it clip along and
be enjoyable, though I did find at times that I bogged down unnecessarily. The classic "reveal" at
the end when Poirot explains all the details that have been building up for the first 5/6 of
the book seemed a bit tepid and unexciting. Overall, though, a read with enjoyable parts, and I felt
the characterization of Poirot was well done and enjoyable.
